Pricing starts from ₹25,000 for a 10-minute solo performance and goes up to ₹1,50,000 for a full 2-hour group show with multiple costume changes. Final cost depends on factors like duration (15 mins to 2 hours), number of dancers (1 to 10), performance location (Delhi, Bangalore, Patna or other cities), and customization requirements. We offer package deals for wedding events and corporate bookings.
We offer flexible durations ranging from 10-minute opening acts to full 2-hour shows with intermissions. For Sangeet ceremonies, we typically recommend 30-45 minute performances, while corporate events may require shorter 15-20 minute acts. Wedding performances usually last 30-60 minutes. We customize the duration based on your event schedule and requirements.
Yes, for events outside our base cities (Delhi, Bangalore, Patna), we add travel and accommodation costs. These typically range from ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 depending on the distance and duration of stay required. For international performances, travel costs are calculated separately. We provide detailed cost breakdowns before confirmation.
We require a minimum stage size of 20x15 feet for group performances and 15x10 feet for solo acts. The stage should have a non-slip surface, adequate lighting (minimum 500 lux), and professional sound system connectivity. We need a green room/dressing area with mirror and seating. Technical specifications document is provided upon booking confirmation.
Booking requires 50% advance payment with balance due 7 days before the event. Cancellations 30+ days before get 80% refund, 15-30 days get 50% refund, and less than 15 days are non-refundable. In case of emergencies, we offer rescheduling options. All terms are detailed in our booking contract which is shared during the confirmation process.
Yes, all our packages include appropriate costumes for the performance (traditional, fusion, or contemporary options). Music arrangement and editing is also included. For themed events, we can create custom costumes at an additional cost starting from ₹10,000 per dancer. We work with you to select music that matches your event theme and preferences.
